Cancellation Policy
Each appointment is very important to us, we reserved the time just for you!
Our in-home/on-site services require a non-refundable pre-payment. Payment methods are debit/credit card in order to secure your appointment date at the scheduling.
Your card will be charged HALF PRICE at the time of booking for your spa services. You will receive a confirmation email and/or text after completion.
If for any reason you may need to change, adjust or cancel an appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours notice without an additional fee. No shows and last minute cancellations will result in a loss of payment of service. This policy allows us to accurately inform our clients of our availability, keep our schedule filled, and provide the best customer service for everyone. We love what we do and want to offer as many opportunities for booking as possible.
